Subject to the exceptions indicated below, you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you received the product ordered or from the conclusion of the contract. If you have appointed a person of your trust to collect the product, your right of withdrawal starts from the day of delivery of the product to the person designated by you, other than the courier.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods, a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to:

The communication may be sent within the same timeframe, also by telegram or fax provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.
This communication must contain the identification data of the products you intend to return, as well as information on the methods of reimbursement of the expense incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank details.
As soon as we receive notification of the return of the product, we will send you a Return Code Number (NRC), to be quoted in the shipment, which must take place WITHIN 3 days of receiving the Return Code Number (NRC).
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer, still sealed and in conditions of ABSOLUTE integrity, to the same address used for the registered letter. Once the goods have been received and their integrity verified, we will proceed, as soon as possible, to credit the customer for the cost of the returned products, withholding the amount of the shipping costs and any costs for the re-crediting of the amount, which will in any case remain the responsibility of the customer.
Any order can be refused at any time.
Shipping costs are always calculated as indicated on the site.
In the event of a partial return of products, shipping costs will be calculated proportionally.
